The product portfolio  includes automotive-grade MOSFET, IGBT/FRD, GaN and SiC, which are mainly used in automotive electronics, industrial control, solar, energy storage, charging pile, industrial power supply and other markets.

In IGBT, Sirius can provide 1200V-6500V/15A-200A IGBT chips and high-power IGBT modules with various voltages and currents.

In GaN, Sirius has mass produced 650V/100, 125, 160, 200, 230m-ohm GaN HEMT, and new materials and vertical structural devices are developed in 900V/1200V applications.
