In 2025, climate governance was continuously deepened, resource management was advanced, and the clean technology layout was actively expanded by WPG Holdings as a response to the global net-zero vision and the demands for low-carbon industrial transformation. Comprehensive inventories and verifications of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gases were completed across all locations, revealing a total emission of 42,706.45 metric tons of CO2e. An internal carbon pricing (ICP) mechanism was initiated for the first time this year to convert carbon risks into operational decisionmaking momentum. Furthermore, based on the inventory results, the "Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets and Action Plan" was formulated; targeting core locations such as Nangang, Shenzhen, and Linkou, steady progress toward carbon reduction targets is pursued through energy management systems, equipment replacement, and the introduction of electric vehicle fleets.

•  Energy and Resource Management: Implementing Circular Economy and Natural Capital Protection

Considering the industry characteristics of the distribution channel business, WPG adopts "intensity reduction" as the core of its resource management to minimize environmental impacts while expanding its operational footprint. In 2025, water intensity decreased significantly by 35.3% compared to the base year, the proportion of recyclable waste reached 35.95%, and a carton recycling performance of 84,565 kilograms was achieved. Regarding ecological preservation, we ensure that all operational locations avoid biodiversity hotspots. Furthermore, we actively respond to the national natural carbon sink strategy by promoting "One Bird, One Tree" habitat creation and roadside tree adoption, cumulatively planting 2,500 trees from 2024 to 2025, extending environmental protection from internal operations to community education.

• Clean Technology Layout: Driving Green Growth and Technological Influence

The influence of a distributor is fully leveraged to accelerate the application and popularization of clean technology solutions. Through the deep layout of critical technologies such as third-generation semiconductors (SiC/GaN), IGBTs, and power management ICs, a robust year-on-year growth rate of 43% in sales revenue from clean solutions was driven, and the proportion of green revenue was also increased to 4.6%. Relevant applications extensively encompass seven major fields, including new energy, electric vehicles, and environmental control, leading value chain partners to jointly realize green economic transformation.
