Stakeholders Whistle-blowing Case Reporting Channel
“WPG Holdings Limited Company Procedures For Handling Stakeholder Suggestions and Whistle-blowing Case” is promulgated to establish direct and fluent communication channels to all stakeholders of WPG Holdings Limited in order to safeguard and protect legitimate rights and interests of all stakeholders.
All stakeholders of the Company are welcome to contact the Whistleblowing Website which is managed by an appointed third-party "Deloitte & Touch". Designated personnel will be appointed by the Audit Committee to process each suggestion or whistle-blowing case received,the acceptance status and implementation progress are reported to the board of directors once a year.
