Cloud Services Customer Notification Statement
This WPG Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WPG") Customer Notification Statement (hereinafter referred to as the "Notification Statement") provides the data security and protection practices implemented by WPG in its cloud services. The terms and conditions of use of service products are disclosed in the terms of service of WPG's platforms and system services (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Service Terms").

When WPG's services undergo major maintenance or changes, WPG will notify you according to the operation methods (email or service notification messages) of each service platform (service terms/operation manual), including but not limited to the scope of the change, scheduled operation time, completion time and any actions that require you to take.
3. Termination of Service
The termination of WPG's products and services may be caused by your voluntary notice of cancellation of membership or non-compliant use of products and services, please refer to the relevant provisions of the platform service terms regarding compliant use, prohibited user behavior, termination, etc.

5. Security and Data Privacy
WPG provides a complete mechanism to ensure your identity information when using cloud services.
WPG adopts industry-standard encryption methods for any data and data in transit to protect confidential and sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure or modification.
WPG provides backup services or snapshots for regular backups. The backup retention period is 7 days, the record retention period is 5 weeks, and all backup data is encrypted according to the AES256 standard and permission controls are implemented to ensure and maintain the integrity and availability of information.
The safety development procedures and practices are implemented in accordance with the specifications of ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to relevant certifications in the “Policy and Certificate” sections on WPG’s official website.
WPG's information security organization implements the following process to ensure that appropriate information security controls are in place to prevent threats and attacks on information security.

- Hardened patching methods for virtual environments
- Security monitoring and information security incident management
- Ongoing risk assessments
WPG's relevant record protection and retention measures are implemented in accordance with the specifications of ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

WPG has defined the key operations required to maintain system availability and restore services in the event of an outage.
Service monitoring function: WPG collects associated logs through tools and regularly analyzes related events. The incident response process will involve all stakeholders or groups to ensure the quality of service and take appropriate responses.
