Cloud Services Customer Notification Statement

This WPG Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WPG") Customer Notification Statement (hereinafter referred to as the "Notification Statement") provides the data security and protection practices implemented by WPG in its cloud services. The terms and conditions of use of service products are disclosed in the terms of service of WPG's platforms and system services (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Service Terms").

1. Rights and Responsibilities

1.1 For account setting functions and security verification controls, please refer to the relevant terms of the platform service terms regarding website access, account security, etc.
1.2 For content issues, please refer to the relevant provisions of the platform service terms regarding prohibited user behavior, member usage rules, etc.

2. Service change notice

When WPG's services undergo major maintenance or changes, WPG will notify you according to the operation methods (email or service notification messages) of each service platform (service terms/operation manual), including but not limited to the scope of the change, scheduled operation time, completion time and any actions that require you to take.

3. Termination of Service

3.1 Termination
The termination of WPG's products and services may be caused by your voluntary notice of cancellation of membership or non-compliant use of products and services, please refer to the relevant provisions of the platform service terms regarding compliant use, prohibited user behavior, termination, etc. 
3.2 Effect of Termination
1. Generally speaking, on the termination date:
(1) All your rights under the Service Platform will be terminated immediately.
(2) You need to immediately return or destroy the content you own related to WPG in accordance with relevant regulations. 
2. Any use of the Services after the date of termination will be subject to all terms of this notice and you will pay the appropriate fees, if any.

4. Service Functions

Please refer to the "Function Diagram", "Operation Manual", "User Guide" and other related contents on the website of each platform.

5. Security and Data Privacy

5.1 Confidential Authentication Information
WPG provides a complete mechanism to ensure your identity information when using cloud services.
5.2 Cryptography
WPG adopts industry-standard encryption methods for any data and data in transit to protect confidential and sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure or modification.
5.3 Backup Function
WPG provides backup services or snapshots for regular backups. The backup retention period is 7 days, the record retention period is 5 weeks, and all backup data is encrypted according to the AES256 standard and permission controls are implemented to ensure and maintain the integrity and availability of information.
5.4 Safety development
The safety development procedures and practices are implemented in accordance with the specifications of ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to relevant certifications in the “Policy and Certificate” sections on WPG’s official website.
5.5 Information Security Measures and functions
WPG's information security organization implements the following process to ensure that appropriate information security controls are in place to prevent threats and attacks on information security.
  1. Vulnerability management
  2. Hardened patching methods for virtual environments
  3. Security monitoring and information security incident management
  4. Ongoing risk assessments
5.6 Information Security Incident Reporting
1.WPG has established a user reporting mechanism for information security incidents.
If you find any information security-related issues in your use of WPG's services, please contact the company according to the operation methods of each service platform (terms of service/operation manual), and WPG will handle them in accordance with the information security incident management procedures, respond and report the progress of the incident processing
2. WPG will immediately initiate an incident investigation if WPG determines that it is an information security incident that affects the confidentiality, availability,and integrity of each service platform.After the survey results are generated, the user will be notified by means including but not limited to email or notification messages in service  platforms.
5.7 Record Protection
WPG's relevant record protection and retention measures are implemented in accordance with the specifications of ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Information on Key Operations and Procedures
WPG has defined the key operations required to maintain system availability and restore services in the event of an outage.
6.2 Service Monitoring Function
Service monitoring function: WPG collects associated logs through tools and regularly analyzes related events. The incident response process will involve all stakeholders or groups to ensure the quality of service and take appropriate responses. 
6.3 Time Synchronization Mechanism
You understand that your personal data may be transferred, stored and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. WPG's current clock synchronization mechanism and cloud storage locations are as follows:
• GCP's clock synchronization and Cloud environment synchronization are UTC+0 time zones by default, and data storage locations are Taiwan, Hong Kong, Tokyo and other pan-Asia-Pacific regions.
• Azure's clock synchronization and Cloud environment synchronization are UTC+0 time zones by default, and data storage locations are Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and other pan-Asia-Pacific regions.
• The Alibaba Cloud service platform adopts CST (China Standard Time) time zone synchronously, and the data storage location is Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo and other pan-Asia-Pacific regions.
• The default setting of AWS clock synchronization and Cloud environment is UTC+0 time zone, and the data storage location is Singapore, Tokyo, the United States and other regions.

7. Jurisdiction and Compliance

For legal jurisdiction and compliance, please refer to the relevant provisions on applicable law and dispute resolution in the Platform Terms of Service.
