To all partners who care about the corporate sustainable development of WPG Holdings:
This year has been one where challenges and opportunities coexist.
Despite the ongoing impacts of geopolitical volatility and trade tariff barriers on the global economy, the accelerated wave of AI and the rapid transformation of the industrial ecosystem have forged a brand-new landscape for the global semiconductor and electronics industries. Facing a fast-changing external environment, we have leveraged our accumulated experience in digital transformation and supply chain resilience over recent years to deeply integrate with AI technology—turning crises into opportunities and moving steadily toward our transformation goals.
In 2025, through close collaboration with all colleagues and supply chain partners, our annual revenue achieved another record high, reaching NT$999.11 billion and moving steadily toward the trillion-dollar milestone.
While pursuing operational scale, we are also committed to improving the Return on Working Capital (ROWC) to translate operational outcomes into superior shareholder returns. This report card not only validates the correctness of our operational strategy but also clearly defines WPG's core value in the AI era. We will continue to leverage our advantage as a global
electronics distribution hub, deepen our deployment in the US, precisely connect upstream and downstream technologies and applications, and together with our ecosystem to build sustainable resilience.
Robust and Transparent Corporate Governance and Financial Stability
A rigorous corporate governance framework is key to corporate sustainability, and integrity is the bedrock of governance. Through the "Nominating Committee," we implement the optimization of our Board structure and succession planning, focusing on long-term governance layout. Within a highly digitized supply chain system, information security is the cornerstone of maintaining trust with customers and partners. To this end, we actively deploy cybersecurity defenses and have introduced multiple information security management systems to continuously reinforce our overall digital operational resilience. Meanwhile, to seamlessly align with the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, we have established a dedicated project team that reports progress to the Board of Directors quarterly, while strengthening internal sustainability information management mechanisms to comprehensively enhance transparency and credibility.
Cultivating Professional Human Capital
Talent is an indispensable capital for corporate sustainable development.
We are committed to fostering a friendly, inclusive, and equal workplace environment, providing a stage for every colleague to fully unlock their potential. Facing the wave of AI and the rapid turnover of the external environment, talent must possess the momentum for continuous growth.
Therefore, we actively introduce AI tools and provide a diverse and comprehensive training system for our colleagues, effectively enhancing work efficiency. This year, we further launched employee childcare subsidies to continuously build a "happy enterprise." Facing Climate Challenges; Expanding Corporate Sustainability Influence The net-zero transition has become a shared responsibility and commitment for global enterprises; as an industry leader, we bear an undeniable duty.
To concretely implement our 2050 net-zero target, we have introduced an internal carbon pricing mechanism to integrate carbon cost factors into daily operational decisions. Furthermore, we prioritize the wheeling of green power to key operating locations, driving the Group's low-carbon transition with practical actions, and successfully achieved our RE40 target in 2025.
In 2025, we continued to receive high recognition both domestically and internationally in the ESG field. Domestically, we have been selected for the TCSA Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards for consecutive years, and consecutively ranked in the top 5% of all listed companies in the Corporate Governance Evaluation. Internationally, our MSCI ESG rating maintained
an industry-leading level, and we were selected for the Morningstar Sustainalytics 2025 ESG Top-Rated Companies List. This year, we further extended our sustainability vision to "natural ecosystems," launching ecological conservation volunteer activities for the first time to fulfill our commitment to biodiversity through action. These accolades are not only
a recognition of our management team but also bestow upon us a deeper responsibility and mission as an industry leader.
Growing Together for a Sustainable Future
The core of "Holdings 2.0" lies in the fact that WPG is not merely an "electronic components distributor" but a holding company grounded in good governance. By extending our semiconductor experience, we have launched new businesses such as automated warehousing services and ICT systems, with the ultimate goal of establishing a "Dual-Axis
Transformation"—propelling the distribution business and new ventures as parallel twin engines. Throughout this journey, we consistently adhere to the belief of "Proving trend, consistency, and creating value."
Looking ahead, we will remain committed to our vision of " To Cultivate lasting partnership for sustainable success." We will work hand-in-hand with all stakeholders to realize the sustainable goal of "Grow Together, Strive Together, and Win Together." With a steadier and more innovative pace, we move forward toward the next twenty years of continuous value creation.
