In 2025, WPG Holdings celebrates a major milestone—its 20th anniversary. Faced with the uncertainties of climate change and geopolitics in recent years, we will continue to deepen our core sustainability values of “Sustainable Heritage, Selfless Sharing, Common Good,” serving as the compass guiding WPG toward the future. With “Seamless Succession” as our core strategy, we drive intelligent knowledge transfer and continuity, ensuring that we can continue to make steady progress amidst a changing landscape and fulfill our long-term commitment to our colleagues, partners, and society.
Seamless Succession: Intelligent Heritage and Strengthening Human Capital
Talent is the cornerstone of sustainable business operations, and “heritage” serves as the bridge connecting the past with the future—the key to passing on the torch of corporate culture. We are committed to transforming the organizations deeply accumulated operational wisdom into valuable assets. Through a digital learning library and an internal instructor system, we
seamlessly transfer time-tested best practices and practical experiences to the younger generation. Furthermore, by integrating Group-wide ESG general education courses, we comprehensively deepen our employees’ sustainability literacy. This not only accelerates the development of key talent but also enables successors to continuously make breakthroughs
based on the foundation laid by their predecessors, ensuring that WPG’s shared values and competitiveness continue to endure and thrive through generational succession.
Mutual Benefit and Collective Prosperity: Linking Industries to Build a Win-Win Ecosystem
"Altruism" remains our unwavering original intention. We have long been committed to sharing business insights with the industry. Our "Supply Chain Management Program," in partnership with the College of Commerce at National Chengchi University, has entered its 15th year. We also continue to support the Management Intelligence Sharing Association (MISA), assisting growing enterprises in their transformation through the selfless sharing of invaluable experience from senior corporate fellows. We sincerely hope that through this spirit of sharing, we can unite the energy of the upstream and downstream supply chain and transform it into a powerful momentum driving the upgrading of Taiwan’s industries, collectively building a win-win and thriving ecosystem.
Technology Empowerment: Sustainable Innovation to Safeguard the Environment
Regarding environmental sustainability, we adopt a dual-track strategy of "External Empowerment" and "Internal Practice."
Externally, we safeguard the land through technology. Now in its fourth year, the "ESG Technology Innovation Promotion Alliance" continues to rally the strength of our upstream and downstream partners to support the transformation of the primary industries (agriculture, forestry, fishery, and animal husbandry). This year, we have placed a greater focus on AI innovative applications. By empowering traditional industries through AI technology, we help them enhance their climate adaptation capabilities and strengthen their resilience against environmental impacts, creating new opportunities for Taiwan’s sustainable development.
Internally, we safeguard the local environment through actions. To allow the seeds of biodiversity to sprout within our corporate culture, we held our first ecological volunteer event this year: "Protecting the Wings: Giving Them a Home." In collaboration with the Wild Bird Society of Taipei, we called upon employees and their families to participate in habitat maintenance,
including the removal of invasive species and the prevention of bird-window collisions. WPG Holdings hopes that through action, we can magnify our sustainability impact and transform corporate resources into direct care for the environment and society.

Looking ahead, WPG Holdings commits to upholding the principles of integrity management and adhering to the highest standards of openness and transparency.
