The occupational health and safety of employees in the workplace is viewed as a top priority by WPG Holdings, and dedication is directed toward constructing a comprehensive safety protection system to ensure the personal safety of all colleagues through regular office environment maintenance and rigorous emergency response measures. To deepen the safety awareness of employees, occupational safety and health education is systematically promoted by the Group, covering practical courses such as occupational accidents prevention, disaster prevention publicity, and fire drills, strengthening employees' professional knowledge of safety management and risk identification capabilities. In addition, diversified health promotion plans implemented to provide comprehensive care for colleagues through physical and mental health as well as resource sharing, creating a safe, healthy, and resilient workplace environment.
Occupational Safety and Health Management Objectives
1. Systematic Education and Training: Develop and implement the annual occupational health and safety work plan. With this, professional education and training on occupational safety are organized regularly to strengthen colleagues' risk prevention awareness.

Workplace Safety Management in the Operating Environment
Although WPG Holdings belongs to an industry with low occupational safety and health risks, high-standard management principles are still adhered to. Safety and health work is implemented in accordance with the Regulations for Occupational Safety and Health Management of the Ministry of Labor, and the workplace health and safety of employees is jointly maintained by cross-departmental units. The "Occupational Safety and Health Support Center" was established in May 2024 to specifically promote safety and health matters through a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism, actively preventing occupational accidents, and dedicating committed to creating a safer, healthier, and more supportive workplace for all workers.
1. Risk Identification and Education and Training
Potential risks are identified and occupational accident hotspots are grasped through systematic mechanisms, and preventive as well as mitigative measures are actively taken to reduce negative impacts on employees. Meanwhile, sufficient education and training are provided to deepen the occupational safety awareness of all staff, ensuring that every colleague possesses professional knowledge for risk identification and self-protection.
2. Occupational safety management measures are clearly formulated by WPG in the work rules to ensure the standardization of various operations. In response to colleagues encountering commuting accidents or occupational accidents, the following support mechanisms are established by the company:
> Active Care Mechanism: If colleagues encounter commuting or occupational accidents, the care mechanism will be activated by the company to deeply understand the cause of the accident and provide subsequent support; recuperation can also be applied for by colleagues in accordance with regulations to ensure full physical and mental recovery.
> Comprehensive Insurance Protection: Full-time employees are provided with benefits that exceed statutory requirements, including company-funded group insurance fully paid for by WPG (covering compensation subsidies such as accidental injuries and hospitalization medical care), strengthening colleagues' life resilience and long-term security commitment.
Emergency Response Measures in the Operating Environment
Business continuity is listed as one of the top five key risks of the organization by WPG. Since 2017, a comprehensive emergency response system has been constructed, a crisis and emergency decision-making center has been established, and a Call Tree crisis reporting mechanism has been set up to ensure that notifications can be launched immediately and the safety status of all staff can quickly grasped when natural disasters or material emergencies occur. In response to scenarios such as fires, earthquakes, and infectious diseases, standard operating procedures and post-incident investigation mechanisms are established by the company. Physical fire drills every two years have been resumed since 2023, while online training is increased to ensure the continuity of response knowledge. In addition, occupational safety laws and regulations are strictly complied with by WPG, granting employees the right to a safe retreat during emergencies. Operations can be stopped voluntarily and retreats to safe places can be made without endangering others. A commitment is made not to impose adverse treatment on colleagues who exercise this right, ensuring that the personal safety of colleagues is the primary consideration.

Publicity on Laboratory Safety Regulations
In response to laboratory environmental safety, rigorous environmental regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP) are formulated by WPG Holdings. Through clear guidelines and education and training, the correct operation of equipment and proper handling of chemicals by personnel are ensured, reducing accident risks from the source.
In addition, professional protective facilities such as protective gloves, face masks, and smoke exhaust devices are fully provided in laboratories, and regular maintenance as well as replacement mechanisms for equipment are implemented. Laboratory regulations are also integrated into the emergency response plan, covering fire escape procedures and first-aid measures, and a dedicated emergency notification window is established to ensure that handling procedures can be quickly activated when unexpected situations occur, constructing a safe, professional, and compliant R&D and testing environment.

Comprehensive health protection for employees has been constructed by WPG. For office colleagues, regular health checkups are provided every two years; for front-line personnel such as warehouse logistics staff, special project health checkups are arranged once a year to implement high-standard health monitoring. In addition, contracted physicians are arranged to provide on-site consultation services to answer employee health doubts in real time. To transmit diversified and correct health and safety information, soft courses and health promotion activities are actively promoted by WPG, including professional health lectures, on-site cancer screenings (breast cancer, cervical cancer, and colorectal cancer), physical fitness testing, and blood donation activities.
In 2025, an external Chinese medicine physician was invited by WPG Holdings to conduct free consultations for colleagues in the China region, providing free health checkups and treatments. Through professional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, physical conditions can be understood by employees in a timely manner, helping to prevent diseases and enhance physical fitness. Meanwhile, healthcare knowledge is learned, health awareness as well as self-healthcare capabilities are enhanced, and care and emphasis from the company regarding employee health are further felt.
In 2025, health management activities in the China region of WPG Holdings revolved he physical and mental health of colleagues, through which colleagues are guided to care for themselves, learn scientific stress reduction, and regulate difficulties in physical and psychological aspects. In 2025, the participation rate of colleagues in the China region participating in health activities was 21%, showing significant growth compared to 11% in 2024.

A health consultation room is set up at the headquarters, equipped with examination beds and first-aid kits, to provide temporary rest for colleagues who feel physically unwell. Contracted medical personnel are also assigned to provide professional consultations such as emergency injury and illness handling, health care, health education publicity, and preventive healthcare. To safeguard the health rights and interests of female colleagues, lactation rooms are established in both the headquarters and the Linkou warehouse, providing private, comfortable, and friendly spaces. In addition, a smoke-free policy for all staff is strictly implemented to ensure the air quality, health, and safety of the office environment.
In terms of promoting the physical and mental balance of colleagues, the establishment of clubs by employees is actively encouraged, and funding subsidies are provided by the Group. Currently, diversified sports clubs such as softball, badminton, yoga, and fitness have been voluntarily formed by colleagues. In the training classroom area on the 20th floor of the WPG Headquarters Building, venue rental services during after-work hours are provided to assist employees in relieving stress outside of work, achieving a harmonious balance between life and work.
