Justice searched Vice President Scott Lin’s office and Executive Assistant
Kathryn Chen’s office desk.

(1)The Company releases material information pursuant to the regulations.
(2)The search area is limited to above mentioned employees' office/office
desk , not other areas of the Company. The search is irrelevant to the
Company's business operations.
(3)The Company fully complies with the investigation and provides necessary
information and assistance.

finances and business as the investigation is conducted towards employees'
personal behavior.
