In response to global climate change challenges and the net-zero emissions trend, WPG Holdings has conducted carbon footprint inventories of its services. Starting from our four major core warehouses worldwide, we have established a precise quantitative foundation, transforming carbon emissions into manageable data metrics. Furthermore, we have implemented an Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) mechanism to integrate carbon costs into our decision-making process. By setting a shadow price of NT$2,500 per metric ton, we are guiding resource allocation toward low-carbon innovation. This initiative builds a net-zero roadmap—from warehousing logistics to corporate strategy—as we advance alongside our upstream and downstream partners toward a vision of low-carbon sustainability.
