AME5248/5248A 1.5MHz, 600mA Synchronous Buck Converter

AME5248/5248A產品為600mA的脈波寬度調變/脈波頻率調變同步降壓直流-直流轉換器(PWM/PFM Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converter),100%責任週期(Duty Cycle)提供低壓降(Low Dropout)操作,最高效率可達95%。極低負載時,AME5248/5248A自動進入脈波頻率調變(Pulse Frequency Modulation)以維持輸出穩壓,加上20μA的靜態電流與Enable Function來支援省電模式,以上特性皆可延長可攜式系統的電池運作壽命。固定1.5MHz的開關切換頻率,可以在設計時使用較小型濾波元件,非常適合輕薄小巧的可攜式裝置。

AME5248/5248A提供固定輸出電壓(1.0~3.3V)與可調式輸出電壓(AME5248為0.6V~VIN、AME5248A為0.5V~VIN)兩種模式給客戶選用。操作電壓為2.5V~5.5V,操作溫度為–40°C~125°C。

AME5252產品為600mA的雙輸出同步切換降壓直流-直流轉換器(PWM Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converter),具備更高效能並節省電路板空間,固定1.5MHz的開關切換頻率,可以在設計時使用較小型濾波元件,非常適合輕薄小巧的可攜式裝置。2.5V至5.5V輸入電壓範圍,適合使用于單一鋰電池供電的應用上。AME5252操作在電流模式下,有100%責任週期(Duty Cycle)提供低壓降(Low Dropout),其高效率可96%,可操作溫為–40°C~125°C,並內建軟開機功能。

在PMP內部元件會運用到許多不同的LDO來供應所需的電壓電流,對此AME許多的對應解決方案。AME8822提供固定電壓1.2~3.3V、250mA電流輸出、靜態電流約為30uA、低雜訊、高PSRR為65dB,並提供Enable Function,讓客戶有Power-Saving Mode的選擇應用。AME8818有固定電壓與可調式輸出兩種,輸出範圍為1.2~4.5V、300mA電流輸出、PSRR約為60dB,並提供Enable & Bypass Function,讓客戶有Power-Saving Mode與低雜訊的選擇應用。AME8805提供固定電壓1.3~5.0V、600mA電流輸出、靜態電流約為30uA。AME8815為輸入2.7~7V、固定輸出電壓1.5~5.0V、1.5A電流輸出、靜態電流約為45uA.
