世平集團推出 NXP 針對小家電市場的電源方案

無處不在的小家電無疑在國內國外都是一個巨大的市場。而說起小家電的電源市場,不得不提到小家電的電機,我們以電風扇作為一個代表來說明,要使得電風扇的葉片轉動,我們主要有兩種電機可以來驅動,如下圖所示:

根據圖上的顯示,明顯直流電機的效率要比交流電機的效率要高很多。

 

國家發改委在 2006 年至 2020 年的節能中長期規劃中將電機系統節能工程列為十大節能重點工程之一。規劃指出,目前我國各類電動機總容量約 4.2 億千瓦,用電量約占全國用電量的 60%,“ 十二五” 期間要重點推廣高效節能電動機等產品。所以這幾年,國內的電機市場正在發生巨大的變革,如下圖:

一、高能效的65W 小家電電源參考設計方案

 

1. 方案特點

NXP TEA1731是採用超小型TSOP6封裝的反激式轉換器,針對10~70W系統的低成本、緊湊型電源而設計。借助極低的IC工作電流和開關頻率效率優化模式,該控制器可使低成本電源的平均效率達到90%,同時還能實現最佳空載待機性能。

針對小家電市場的電源配置,具有三路輸出 :15V/300mA 、5V/300mA 、24V/2.5A,輸出總功率 65W。

二、高能效的 250W 電機驅動電源參考設計方案

 

1. 方案特點

NXP TEA1716 是一款集成功率因數校正控制器 ( PFC ) 和半橋諧振轉換控制器 ( HBC )的晶片,針對250W 電機驅動電源而設計。借助極低的IC工作電流和開關頻率效率優化模式,該控制器可使電源的平均效率達到 90%,功率因素也能達到 0.97 以上 ,同時還能實現低功耗空載待機性能。輔助電源搭配 NXP TEA1733 固定工作頻率的反激式轉換器 ,有效降低電磁干擾 ( EMI ) 。

 

針對電機驅動市場的電源配置,具有四路獨立輸出 :24V/10A、 15V/2A、 5V/1A 、3.3V/20.8A,輸出總功率 250 W。
