世平集團推出高性能、低成本的Femtocell 解決方案

根據市場研究機構Mobile Experts 的預測,毫微微蜂巢式基地台(femtocell)、微微蜂巢式基地台(picocell)等裝置應用的半導體市場規模,將在2016年成長為2011年的十倍,達到13億美元規模。此半導體市場將內含多核心處理器、收發器、放大器、濾波器與溫度補償型振盪器(TCXO),每年皆可取得50%以上的成長率。

QorIQ Qonverge SOC在Femtocell應用解決方案

Freescale家庭基地台(Femtocell)解決方案提供對高帶寬、低功耗的基帶處理方案,並針對LTE(FDD&TDD) 和WCDMA (HSPA+)家庭基地台應用進行了優化。該解決方案以Power Architecture®核心、可編程StarCore DSP核心和功能強大的基頻硬體加速器為基礎構建而成,它同時也支援remote radio head和雲端無線存取網路(C-RAN)組態,可以在降低系統成本及功耗為基礎上提供世界一流的性能。

Freescle QorIQ Qonverge多重核心產品系列的首批產品使用45奈米製程技術,包括PSC9130/PSC9131 femtocell SoCs和PSC9132 picocell/企業級femtocell SoCs等元件。Freescale還打算在今年稍晚推出以更大規模Metrocell and Macrocell基地台為目標的同系列產品,並使用28奈米製程技術。

針對LTE和WCDMA (HSPA+)家庭基地站,該解決方案可提供同時支援8至16個用戶的處理性能並滿足系統成本需求。其性能指標包括:

  1. 最高可達20 MHz帶寬的一個LTE社區, 可支援100 Mbps的下載速率和50 Mbps的上傳速率
  2. 兩個5 MHz帶寬的HSPA+載波,每個能夠達到42 Mbps下載速率和11.5 Mbps上傳速率

該解決方案可支持LTE和WCDMA(HSPA+)多模方式,最多可同時處理16個線上用戶。

QorIQ Qonverge PSC9132 Dual-core Processor and Dual-core DSP (SOC)

ADI 高整合性暨低耗電的3G Transceiver

ADF4602是一款3G收發器集成電路(IC),具有無與倫比的集成度和特性組合,非常適合提供蜂窩固定移動融合(FMC)服務的高性能3G毫微微蜂窩。只需少數幾個外部器件,便能實現完整的多頻段收發器。

單個器件支持UMTS頻段1至6和8至10。接收機基於直接變頻架構,這種架構是高度集成的寬帶CDMA (WCDMA)接收機的理想選擇,可通過完全集成所有級間濾波來減少物料用量。前端含有三個高性能單端低噪聲放大器(LNA),使該器件能支持三頻段應用。單端輸入結構可簡化接口,並減少小尺寸單端雙工器所需的匹配器件。該器件可結合各種各樣的SAW和陶瓷濾波器雙工器使用,其出色的線性度可實現良好的性能。
