Board of Directors
   
WPGH’s Board of Directors consists of fifteen distinguished members. Their outstanding careers and breadth of experience encompass semiconductor, finance, business, and management. Five of the fifteen members are independent directors: Mr. Jack J. T. Huang, Chairman of Jones Day's, Mr. Chin-Yeong Huang, President of DigiTimes, Professor Rong-Ruey Duh of National Taiwan University, Mr. Yung– Hong Yu, Managing director of Ernst & Young business advisory service, and Mr. Chao-Tang Yue, former President of Ernst & Young CPA Firm.
The Board’s primary duty is to oversee the overall business and corporate affairs of WPGH. Day-to-day operations and preparation of financial statements remain the legal responsibility of the Company’s management, and the activities of the Board do not supersede or alter those responsibilities.
In conjunction with Company’s management, the Board also monitors regulatory activities, such as amendments to Taiwan's laws.

Simon Huang Director Mr. Simon Huang, Director, is Chairman and President of WPG, also acts as Chairman of Taipei Electronic Components Suppliers' Association (TECSA). Mr. Huang holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from National Cheng-Kung University and has over 25 years of experience in the electronic components distribution industry.
Mike Chang Director Mr. Mike Chang, Director, is Chairman & CEO of World Peace Industrial Group (WPI Group). Mr. Chang served executive positions at TI and Chips & Technologies. He has a proven track record in forging strategic sales relationships with top tier electronics customers as well as a strong background in establishing marketing alliances with semiconductor industry leaders. Mr. Chang holds a degree in Electronics and Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience.
T.L. Lin Director Mr. T.L. Lin, Director, acts as Director of WPGH subsidiaries. Mr. Lin holds a degree in Electronics and Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the electronic components distribution industry.
K.Y. Chen Director Mr. K. Y. Chen, Director, is Chairman & CEO of Silicon Application Corporation Group (SAC Group), also acts as a Director of Taipei Electronic Components Suppliers' Association (TECSA). Prior to that, he served in Electronics and Optoelectronics Research Laboratories (EOL) of Industrial Technology Research Institute. Mr. K.Y. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in Electro physics from National Chiao-Tung University and has over 20 years of experience in the electronic components distribution industry.
Thomas Pai Director Mr. Thomas Pai, Director, acts as Director of WPGH subsidiaries, and overlook business in Hong Kong and China. With more than 20 years experiences in semiconductor industry, Mr. Pai used to serve in ITRI/ERSO Marketing Department and UMC as Sales Manager after his college graduation from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology.
David Lai
Fullerton Technology Co. Representative
 Director Mr. David Lai, Director, is Chairman of Fullerton Technology. He was Sales Manager of the Harley Cooperation. Mr. Lai was graduated from National Taipei University of Technology.
Ken Hsu
 Director Mr. Ken Hsu, Director, acts as Director of WPGH subsidiaries. Mr. Hsu has earned almost 30 years of marketing and management experiences in IC components distribution industry and has held various sales and marketing positions for OKI Disty, Hitachi Disty, TI Branch, LSI Logic Branch, and most recently EEC. Mr. Hsu graduated with Degrees in Electronics and Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology.
Henry Shaw
Liang Xin Finance Co., Ltd. Representative 		Director Mr. Henry Shaw, Director, is the Senior Partner with Asia Vest Partners, TCW/YFY (Taiwan) Ltd. Before join AsiaVest, he was the former CFO of Mosel Vitelic Inc., one of the leading DRAM manufacturer in Taiwan. Mr. Shaw has around 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and advanced technology venture capital investment. Mr Shaw received his Masters degree in Business Administration of National Cheng-Chi University.
Kathy K.C. Young Director Ms. Kathy K.C. Young, Director, is Senior Vice President, Direct Investment Dept. of China Development Industrial Bank. Ms. Young holds MBA degree in Kansas State University and served Finance and Accounting Department of Sampo Corp. and Finance Administration Department of Philips Taiwan Ltd.
Kai-Lu Cheng Director Mr. Kai-Lu Cheng, Director, is Chairman and President of Pernas Enterprise. Mr. Cheng holds a degree in Electronics from National Taipei University of Technology.

Jack J. T. Huang

 Independent Director Mr. Jack J.T. Huang, Independent Director, is Chairman of Jones Day's Greater China practice, Partner-in-Charge in Taipei. Mr. Huang, having practiced law in Hong Kong, New York, and Taipei for many years, is a member of the Taipei Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. His practice encompasses a broad range of international investments, mergers and acquisitions, securities, financing, joint ventures, technology licensing etc. primarily in the United States and Asia. Mr. Huang graduated from National Taiwan University (LL.B.); Northwestern University (LL.M.); Harvard University (S.J.D.).
Chin-Yeong Huang Independent Director
 Mr. Chin-Yeong Huang, Independent Director, is President of DigiTimes, Counselor of Taipei Electronic Components Suppliers Association, and Senior Counselor of Asia Pacific Industry analyst association. Mr Huang holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Young-Gong University/Korea. He served as a Director General of Market Intelligence Center/Institute for Information Industry(III) Senior Manager/III(USA).
Rong-Ruey Duh Independent Director Mr. Rong-Ruey Duh, Independent Director, is a professor and dean at the College of Accounting of National Taiwan University. Mr. Duh also acts as a chief committee member of Accounting Research and Development Foundation. Dr. Duh graduated from Universities in Minnesota.
Yung– Hong Yu Independent Director Mr. Yung– Hong Yu, Independent Director, is former Managing director of Ernst & Young business advisory service, an information development consulting committee member of Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, and Counselor of Accounting Research Monthly. Mr. Yu holds MBA degree in Colorado State University.

Chao-Tang Yue

 Independent Director Mr. Chao-Tang Yue, Independent Director, is former President of Ernst & Young CPA Firm. Mr. Yue holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from National Cheng-Kung University and master’s degree in Accounting from National Cheng-Chi University.
