7. What is WPG's
dividend policy? |

WPG does not pay dividends when there is no profit or retained earnings for a particular fiscal year, except under certain conditions specified in its Articles of Incorporation. Profits may be distributed by way of cash dividend, stock dividend, or a combination of cash and stock.
If there is a cash dividend, the ratio for cash dividends may not exceed 20% of the total distribution.

shareholder must own WPG shares through the day
before the ex-dividend date to be entitled to the
proposed dividend payment.

new paid-in capital registration. Those who hold
company shares on the dividend record date are entitled

purchase TSE listed stocks? |

Foreign
individuals or institutions without Taiwan residency
and registration may still invest in Taiwan Stock
Exchange listed stocks by obtaining investment approval
from the TSE. To invest, a partial list of requirements
include:
1.Documents showing the applicant's status in Taiwan.
2.Documents proving the appointment of the agent,
the custodian bank and the tax guarantor for the
applicant.
3.Individual investors must be over 20 years old.
4.The maximum investment is USD 50 million for institutions
and 5 million for individuals. These requirements
may be subject to amendment at any time. Otherwise,
only qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII),
subject to the approval from the Central Bank and
the Securities & Futures Commission of the Ministry
of Finance in Taiwan may invest in TSE stocks.
