WPG (TWSE:3702) Revenue in March and the First Quarter both Surged by Over 20%, Surpassing Forecasts with First Quarter Revenue Reaching NT$181.9 Billion.

Benefiting from the positive impact of increased demand for AI-related server businesses, a resurgence in demand for notebooks, and a rebound in memory prices, WPG consolidated revenues for March and the first quarter of 2024 both hit second highest monthly and quarterly record for the period. Consolidated revenue for March of NT$70.19 billion increase by 46.4% month-on-month and 26.7% year-on-year. Consolidated revenue for first-quarter exceeded forecasts, reaching NT$181.9 billion, surpassing the forecast range of NT$160 billion to NT$170 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 25.7%.
