In accordance with the announcement to creditors regarding the amendment
to the procedures for issuance and conversion of 3rd domestic unsecured
convertible corporate bonds dated December 23, 2025, the period for creditors
to submit objections was from December 23, 2025 to January 23, 2026.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) As of January 23, 2026, the thirty-day period for creditors to declare
objections has expired. No written notification of objection from any
creditor has been received by the Company.
(2) The Company will submit the filing to the competent securities
authority for review and recordation in accordance with Article 248,
Paragraph 4 of the Company Act.
