Total purchase amount of NXP from Subsidiary Silicon Application Corp.(”SAC”)
accounts for 1.52% of WPG Holdings total purchase amount, and 11.76% of SAC
consolidated purchase amount. After considering the amount transfer to other
subsidiary of WPG Holdings, net impact to WPG Holdings purchase amount is
-1.06%.
4.Reasons and date of suspension of business transactions:
Subsidiary SAC was notified by supplier NXP that due to business adjustment,
distribution contract terminates on March 1st, 2022.
5.Countermeasures by the Company:
(1) The Company will fulfill contractual obligations and fulfill existing
customers' orders before contract terminates. Inventory sales and payment
collection are not affected.
(2) The Company owns similar product line distributorships and will continue
to strengthen collaboration, add competitive product lines, and expand
customer base and market.
(3) Accelerate emerging market development, strengthen sales team, and build
highly efficient organization structure.
