(”WPI”) total consolidated purchase amount for 2018.
4.Reasons for and date of suspension of business transactions:
WPG subsidiary WPI was notified by TI that TI plans to bring their
distribution relationship to an end by December 31, 2020 due to TI's shift
in its distribution strategy.
5.Countermeasures by the Company:
(1)WPI will keep servicing customers under the terms and conditions of
agreement and strive to be distributor of TI continuously.
(2)WPI will engage new principal, offer alternative products of TI and expand
customer and products portfolio proactively.
(3)To enlarge investment in sales and marketing teams, accelerate digital
transformation, and optimize the operational structure effectively.
