The 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting (the "Meeting") of WPG Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") will be convened at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Conference Hall, 8F, No. 11, Zhongshan S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei.
Shareholders executing voting rights through e-voting：Shareholders may exercise their voting rights through the STOCKVOTE platform of Taiwan Securities Central Depository Co., Ltd. (https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw) during the period from May 30 , 2026 to June 27, 2026.
Shareholders executing voting：The Shareholders present in person or by proxy collectively held 1,504,613,546 Shares, including 1,112,537,216 Shares voted via electronic transmission, representing 89.43% of the total 1,682,278,898 issued and outstanding Shares.
Directors present： Simon Huang, Frank Yeh, K.D. Tseng, Mike Chang, T.L. Lin, Charles Chen (Convener of the Audit Committee), Jack J. T. Huang, Joseph Yu. 8 members of the Board of Directors (including 3 Independent Director) are present, which is over half of the 9 seats on the board.
