Through building real-time communication platforms and organizing various types of professional activities, dedication is directed toward promoting the sharing of knowledge resources, as well as facilitating strategic alliances and alliance opportunities among members, expecting to elevate the voice and strategic height of Taiwanese distributors in the international industry system. Utilizing the core expertise of the Group, active assistance is provided to various supply chain optimization plans to practice corporate citizenship responsibilities.
To co-create sustainable value with supply chain partners, climate action initiatives are actively responded to, and the Taiwan Climate Partnership (TCP) is officially joined by WPG as an institutional member, joining hands to achieve the vision of net-zero and mutual benefit.

• Taipei Electronic Components Suppliers’ Association (TECSA): Legacy Lecture Hall

To promote on-the-job learning in the electronic components distribution industry, long-term support has been provided by WPG to the Taipei Electronic Components Suppliers’ Association (TECSA) to organize the "Legacy Lecture Hall," ensuring that industry knowledge and practical experiences can be sustainably inherited.
• Core Operations: Experts from various fields and corporate managers are invited to share forward-looking insights on global economic trends, business management, talent development, and technological changes.
• 2025 Achievements: Five major sessions of Legacy Lectures were held, with themes covering team management, global supply chains, corporate inheritance, resilience in adversity, and AI transnational management. A total of 239 participants (person-times) were involved in constructing a knowledge exchange platform for two-way interaction in the industry.
Management Intelligence Sharing Association (MISA): Inheriting Business Wisdom

Experience inheritance is taken as the core of MISA. The position of chairman is held by Mr. K.D.Tseng, Chief Sustainability Officer of WPG, through whom senior entrepreneurs are called upon to serve as "Corporate Masters" to assist leaders of growing and transitioning enterprises in accelerating transformation.
• Digital Empowerment:
A massive video database is established through the "MISA Video Academy," covering professional fields such as strategy, marketing, talent, and authorization, assisting small and medium enterprise owners as well as senior executives in overcoming time and space limitations to engage in deep exchanges with corporate fellows.

• Achievements of Cooperative Courses in 2025:

• Taiwan Industry Holding Association (TIHA): Promoting the Mutual Benefit Business Model

Since its establishment in 2005, excellent performance has been created by WPG by virtue of the "industry holdings" model. TIHA was initiated and established in 2019 by Chairman Simon Huang, and dedication is directed toward promoting this concept to facilitate exchanges among industry, government, and academia.
• Promoting Regulatory Innovation: Dynamic communication with the government is conducted by the association. In 2025, the amendment to Article 44-2 of the Business Mergers and Acquisitions Act was successfully facilitated, and assistance was provided to the National Development Council in drafting the regulations for the identification of industry holding companies, ensuring that policy connotations meet the actual needs of domestic industrial development.
• Academic and Knowledge Popularization Education Promotion: Popular elective courses continue to be offered at NTU EMBA, and the "Industry Holdings Practices" specialized course was successfully launched for the first time in December 2025.
• Digital Platform: The "Industry Holdings Knowledge Platform APP" was developed, and the second season of the Podcast was launched, providing digital teaching materials and column content.
• Physical Publication: The special issue of The Era of Co-opetition VOL.02 was issued and presented to listed companies throughout Taiwan, sharing the key winning mindsets of industry holdings.

Youth Empowerment

An expectation is held by WPG to become a driving force for young people, and resources are provided to the youth to make them the best guides for solving social problems. Various youth technology competitions are continuously promoted to stimulate the innovation capabilities of youth and enhance Taiwan's science education. Scholarships and grants are also continuously provided to colleges and universities every year to subsidize forward-looking technology research and development and cultivate future technological talents.

The 2nd Tech Friends Maniac Campus Design Competition in 2024–2025

[AI Innovation and Application: The Infinite Possibilities of AI Are Explored Together]

• Background of Promotion

With the rapid development of AI technology, its application fields have become increasingly extensive. The "2nd Tech Friends Maniac Campus Design Competition" was hosted by Yosun Group of WPG Holdings and co-organized by WPGDADATONG. Through the cooperation between the enterprise and campuses, the "AI Innovation and Application" design competition was organized, through which a dedicated stage is expected to be created for students starting from core capabilities. With this, the corporate brand is expected to become one of the top choices from students in the technological field, while mutual exchanges between students and engineers are facilitated through the WPGDADATONG platform to achieve mutual benefits. The design reference directions for entries include smart cities, smart medical care, human-computer interaction, and smart manufacturing, and works possessing practical application value are hoped to be designed by the participating teams.

• Implementation Achievements

In the 2nd Tech Friends Maniac Campus Design Competition, registration increased from 35 teams in the first session to 65 teams in the current session, representing 33 schools, with the total number of participating teachers and students reaching as high as 175 people. Through these two sessions of campus competition activities, the technology solution knowledge base of WPGDADATONG is established among universities and colleges. Through this activity, the latest application products of original manufacturers can be recognized and accessed by students during their learning phase. Mutual exchanges are conducted through the WPGDADATONG platform to inspire sparks of creativity, assist students in accumulating practical experience, and identify suitable workplace fresh graduates for enterprises. Ultimately, a total of 15 groups were selected to enter the finals, and development allowances of NT$10,000 were provided to each of these teams. Based on the evaluation results of the judges, a total of NT$300,000 in prize money was awarded. Simultaneously, the Campus Popularity Star award was presented in the competition, through which participating teams were encouraged to upload their works as blog posts and videos to YouTube, promoting the WPGDADATONG platform through the form of forwarding. Finally, the phonocardiogram disease identification and sports-type real-time noise cancellation work by the joint team of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and National Formosa University stood out from the 15 finalist teams.

Educational programs such as scholarships, internships, and laboratories were provided by WPG in multiple universities in 2025, through which youth are encouraged to learn, and practical experience is provided to outstanding students for training. Students are also encouraged to transition into fulltime employees upon completion of their learning, through which a win-win situation is created for WPG and students.

• National Taipei University of Technology "WPG Scholarships and Grants for Underprivileged Students": 15 Consecutive Years of Deep Cultivation and Empowerment

Support for the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at National Taipei University of Technology by the WPG Education Foundation has entered its 15th year. To further encourage students to cultivate core professional capabilities, a model emphasizing both economic relief and learning growth is adopted for the scholarships, incorporating students' annual learning plans into the key evaluation criteria. Through providing at least 5 sponsored quotas per semester, future talents possessing resilience and competitiveness are cultivated for the industry.

• National Chengchi University "Supply Chain Management Industry-Academia Cooperation Project": Co-building a Professional Talent Pool

The "Supply Chain Management Industry-Academia Cooperation Project" has been sponsored and supported through the cooperation between WPG Holdings and the College of Commerce at National Chengchi University, which has entered its 15th year. Given that supply chain management is an interdisciplinary management science, academia was limited by departmental positioning in the past, making it difficult to independently establish comprehensive marketoriented training. By virtue of profound industry practical experience, deep multiplication is achieved with the rich teaching capacity of the College of Commerce at National Chengchi University. Existing cross-departmental resources are integrated and a university-level supply chain management credit program is tailored, through which comprehensive practical teaching materials and lesson plans are provided, and emerging courses aligning with supply chain management are created.

National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and Soochow University "Information Technology Internship Program"
The Information Technology Internship Program has been promoted by WPG Holdings since 2017, and long-term cooperation has been conducted with schools such as National Chengchi University, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, and National Taipei University of Technology. Soochow University has been further included since 2023 to expand the territory of industry-academia cooperation. Competitiveness is enhanced and self-career paths are explored through practical workplace experience, and a bridge connecting "campus to workplace" is established. A total of 10 IT interns were recruited in 2025, among whom 5 were directly transferred to full-time employees after the completion of their internships.
