YOSUN was established by Mr. Cheng Wu & KD Tseng in May 1980. YOSUN specializes in sales and service of semi-conducting electronic components manufactured more by more than 30 manufacturers around the world including Samsung, STMicroelectronics,  For many years, YOSUN has never strayed from its adherence to its core corporate values of “Trust, Professionalism, and Sustainability” and the company has become the largest distributor of Samsung and STMicroelectronics in the Asia Pacific region. In the future, YOSUN will continue its quest to improve service quality and to provide our clients “A+ Service” and also to, together with our suppliers, expand our market share.

Yosun places great emphasis on its engineering capabilities as an important integral Value-Added service to our Customers and Franchise Suppliers. Apart from the FAE technical support team, Yosun constructs a broader and more comprehensive technical support and solution design capability through various mechanisms and initiatives:

1.AE (Application Engineering):

Integrating internal and external design resources for solution planning to translate into technical solutions and providing engineering support in Customers’ applications development.

2.Academia Collaboration:

Leveraging on the design capabilities of University Research Institutes, we focus on 4 major industry directions (EV/AI/Power/Motor Control) to elevate technical proficiency and potential solutions for emerging applications.   

3.ISC (Imaging Solution Center):

Focusing on Research, Development, Integration, and Promotion of CMOS Image Sensors Solutions in many diverse applications like Automotive, AIoT, Security, Consumer, Computing, Mobile, Industrial and machine vision, etc.  We collaborate with ISPs or SoC platforms and software algorithm partners to develop reference designs in response to market requirements.

4.Joint Lab:

Collaborating with our Franchise Suppliers and Strategic Customers to establish joint laboratories, ensuring immediate technical implementation of time to market solutions in Automotive (EV) and Power Management applications.

5.Digital Engineering Platform:

Providing online products and solutions technical services via WPG’s DaDaTong and DaDaGo digital platforms for small and medium Customers, to satisfy/meet their engineering needs.
