Dr. Jason Zheng serves as vice president, Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. since May 2011. In this role, he is responsible for the northern and eastern emerging accounts in China as well as driving QCA sales in China.
Prior to his vice president role, Dr. Zheng served as vice president of Atheros Inc., Asia Pacific since 2009. Before that, he was the general manager of a venture capital company Asia pacific. He also held several key positions in ATI Research and HP
Dr. Zheng received his postgraduate education from the Vanderbilt University. He holds a doctoral degree in the field of Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from China Zhejiang University.

Anthony Murray is a Senior Vice President and General Manager at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., with responsibility for the company’s Internet of Everything (IoE) business unit. In this role, Murray leads the business, product development and go-to-market strategies for solutions spanning a variety of segments. Anthony joined Qualcomm Technologies during the acquisition of CSR, where he served as Senior Vice President, Business Group from 2012 and was responsible for running the core businesses which included platform marketing, engineering and customer support for CSR’s product lines – Voice and Music, Automotive Infotainment, Bluetooth® Smart, Imaging and Location.
He joined CSR in 2001 and held a number of positions during his tenure including Vice President, Automotive Business Unit and Senior Vice President, Wireless Audio Strategic Business Unit. Before this, Anthony was Head Design Engineer at Bella Electronics, an electronics design house, and Electronics Engineer at RDI Communications, a defense electronics firm. He qualified in Electronics Engineering at Technikon Natal in South Africa.

Jeff Lorbeck is a senior vice president and Chief Operating Officer, Qualcomm China, living in Shanghai with his wife and children. Prior to this position, Lorbeck served as senior vice president of product management, with responsibility for the Qualcomm Reference Design (QRD) from the QCT chipset division. Lorbeck has also served as senior vice president of engineering in QCT with responsibility for wireless connectivity groups developing products which implement Bluetooth, WiFi, FM, and mobile broadcast technologies.
Lorbeck joined Qualcomm in 1994 as a senior engineer on the Globalstar systems engineering team and advanced to vice president of engineering, where he led the development of Globalstar user terminals – portable phones, fixed phones, car kits, and satellite data modems. In 2000, Lorbeck became vice president of business development for Globalstar, heading its consumer, data, aviation, and infrastructure product lines. After returning from a Qualcomm assignment in Beijing, China from 2002 to 2003, Lorbeck became vice president and general manager for Qualcomm Technology and Ventures (QT&V), managing both the technology R&D and venture capital functions of QT&V.
Lorbeck led the formation of the MediaFLO business unit beginning from a project within QT&V and served as general manager.
Lorbeck also served as senior vice president of engineering in the MediaFLO Technologies business unit, where he led development of the end-to-end MediaFLO system, including the high-speed, forward-link-only (FLO) air interface and MediaFLO client-server mobile content solutions.
Prior to joining Qualcomm, Lorbeck served as a post-doctoral research associate at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Lorbeck holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, a master’s degree in electrical engineering and a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
