【文字介绍】RN6243 is a four (4) channel high quality video decoder chip that digitizes and decodes all popular analog video signal formats into digital component video. The digitized signal of NTSC and PAL in CVBS format is processed through a 5-line 2D comb filter and luma/chroma processor to yield the component digital output (YCbCr).
Four 10-bit ADCs with a maximum sampling rate of 54MHz are used to digitize the video signals at 4X the ITU-R BT601 pixel rate. In the signal path, clamping and AGC circuits are used to hold the AC coupled signal to a DC level as well as set the signal gain for maximum signal dynamic range before digitization.
Sync processing circuit is used to extract the horizontal and vertical SYNC pulses from a CVBS and luminance (Y) signal. As a result, very weak or noisy video signals can be reliably decoded. The BT.656 formatted data output from each decoder channel can be transferred using the standard signal data rate (27MHz), double data rate (DDR,54MHz) or quadruple data rate (QDR,108MHz),therefore only a very compact data bus is required to deliver the four decoder data to downstream video processor. The control and status registers are accessible through I2C interface.
