Anadigics AWL9966为结合双频功率放大器,低噪声放大器,射频开关,和过滤器的高性能InGaP HBT 前端集成电路(FEIC)。此FEIC专为2.412 GHz到2.484 GHz及5.15 GHz到5.85 GHz频段的无线网络传输和接收的应用所设计。所有的射频输入和输出不需任何额外的片外射频匹配组件,即可匹配最多到50奥姆。天线端口之间的WLAN传输在无线接收,蓝牙,WLAN和具低损耗射频开关的蓝牙路径之间切换。此功率放大器在IEEE 802.11g,802.11a及802.11n WLAN系统最困难的讯号配置下,展示了独一无二的优秀线性及效能。
