詮鼎集團旗下詮鼎科技代理的InfoTM(盈方微)推出一款包含了ARM A5 雙核處理器+Mali400 雙核圖像處理器+多媒體處理器的高性能單晶片處理器，並以TSMC 40 nm 低功耗技術及多個獨立電源域設計,實現低成本,低耗能單晶片處理器.在同樣的處理能力下,A5比A8/A9表現出更低功耗.適合應用於移動裝置及綠能產品應用。

mCube 透過Single-chip 3D MEMS on CMOS技術，大幅降低MEMS與CMOS之間整合的noise 與寄生電容, 降低因為noise所誤觸發的事件偵測。提供具備高解析ADC, 低功耗，體積小的G-sensor產品

1. MC3230：低階，8 bit，3*3mm，可軟體調整向下相容為6/7 bit，與Freescale 的7660（6 bit） P2P 相容，跟市場上同類型6 bit產品相比，價格更有優勢。    
2. MC3210：高階，14 bit，3*3mm，可軟體調整向下相容為10 bit，與Freescale 的7660（6 bit） P2P 相容，跟市場上同類型10 bit產品相比，價格更有優勢。  MC3210與MC3230可互相相容，客戶選用低階或高階更方便）
3. MC3220，高階，14 bit，3*3mm，可軟體調整向下相容為10 bit，與BOSCH的BMA020、023、150、180系列都可以P2P相容，跟市場上同類型10 bit產品相比，價格更有優勢。
