凯悌集团推出服务器 (Server)之主、被动组件解决方案

服务器(Server)是大多数工厂、企业必备的工业级计算机,例如:应用于企业E-mail管理、货物进出管理、企业数据储存管理、客户所下订单管理…等管理服务器,几乎无所不包。

服务器(Server)是企业的运作中心,服务器(Server)故障,有可能会造成企业无法运作,造成巨额损失,因此对服务器(Server)规格要求很高,包括对散热、稳定度、耐震度等要求相当严格,为了方便维修服务器(Server),多设计成适配卡型式,采用的是工业标准的ISA/PCI接口,并装于机箱内。故障时仅需将板子单独取出更换即可,如此可减少停机所带来的损失。产品生命周期长,是服务器(Server)另一项特色。一般来说,由于新的规格技术不断推出,桌上型及笔记本电脑的产品生命周期较短,而服务器(Server)的产品生命周期却很长。主要是因为服务器(Server)的用户多为工厂、企业等具规模的组织,自动化系统转换的成本相当高,一旦决定系统架构就不会轻易更动,以免增加营运成本。

AME(安茂微电子)推出服务器 (Server)电源解决方案:

 Low Dropout Voltage Regulator:

IPC上会使用到各种不同之LDO,AME提供各种不同电流之LDO给客户最多样的选择,从150mA到3A,都有合适的产品可供使用。AME8818提供300mA输出电流,输入电压为2.5V~5.5V,并具有低drop out电压(230mV@300mA typ.),且只需要1uF之输出电容做为频率补偿使用,很适合作为IPC节省成本使用;AME8819为600mA产品,提供最大稳定600mA之电流输出,低drop out电压(540mV@600mA typ.),只需要2.2uF输出电容作为补偿使用,在较大电流输出上可以达到客户的需求;AME8827则提供最大1A之电流输出,可以满足大尺寸LCD TV驱动source IC与gate IC之需求,340mV之drop out电压,60dB之PSRR,提供从1.2V~3.3V各式固定电压之产品。

 DC-DC buck converter:

AME5250在应用上仅需10uF的陶瓷输出电容,相较于同类型解决方案,更加上了PFM(pulse frequency modulation), 能有效提升在轻载时的效率,最高效率可达95%以上。同时提供固定/可调式电压输出,满足各种不同电压的需求。同步降压整流器不需萧基二极管,并具有热启动、过电流、过温与短路保护,可提供最大1A之电流输出,2.5V~5.5V输入,提供固定/可调式电压输出。

 Winbond's W25X and W25Q SpiFlash® Memories feature the popular Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), densities from 1M to 128M-bit, small erasable sectors and the industry's highest performance. The W25X family operates up to104MHz and supports "Dual-Output SPI", effectively doubling the clock rate to 208MHz. The W25Q family is "superset"

compatible with W25X devices while adding Dual-I/O and Quad-I/O SPI for even higher performance.

 Clock rates up to 104MHz achieve an equivalent of 416MHz (50M-Byte/S transfer rate) when using Quad-SPI. This is more thaneight times the performance of ordinary Serial Flash (50MHz) and even surpasses asynchronous Parallel Flash memories

while using fewer pins and less space. Faster transfer rates mean controllers can execute code (XIP) directly from
