【文字介紹】

The UCC27714 MOSFET driver include a 620-V high-side/low-side driver with independent inputs for maximum control flexibility. The low-side and the high-side gate drivers are independently controlled and the floating channel is designed for bootstrap operation. The UCC27714 driver has the best in class propagation delay of 90ns typical and 125ns max. Other features include the enable option, a robust operation under negative voltage transients (logic operational up to -8V on HS pin for VDD=12V) , separated grounds for logic (VSS) and driver (COM) with capability to sustain voltage difference, TTL and CMOS compatible logic input thresholds and a rail to rail drive with outputs held low when inputs are floating. It is available in industry standard SOIC-14 package with high-voltage and low-voltage pins on different sides for maximum creepage/clearance.
